ELIZABETH SHUBBAR
Liz has an MA in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy and is registered with the BACP. She supports individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression and emotional difficulties. A specialist interest is bereavement, grief and loss, furthermore, the life transition of pregnancy, the postnatal period, the peri-menopause and menopause.

LINDANI MOYO
Lindani is a humanistic person centred counsellor, and a registered member of BACP. She understands the BACP professional conduct and ethical framework and applies such standards in her client work. Her areas of expertise include domestic abuse, trauma-based work, sexual abuse and bereavement and substance misuse.

CHRIS JARROLD
Chris is a qualified and BABCP (British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies) Accredited High-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. In addition to continuing his work within the NHS, his goal is to provide high-quality research-informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and more.

VICTORIA FROOME
Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Vicky is an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist, committed to supporting you through life’s challenges with a compassionate, holistic, and personalised approach to therapy. She holds a Masters degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from Roehampton University. She works with individuals facing a wide range of issues.

DILEK BOZAN
Dilek is an integrative Relational counsellor, which means she combines a variety of therapeutic approaches so that as you work together, she can adapt to your needs. Perhaps, you know what you want to explore and you’d like some help to address those thoughts, feelings and behaviors that you find challenging.

MATT BROOKS
Matt Brooks is a BACP accredited Counsellor based in Guildford. Online Counselling and Therapy is also available for those further afield. Since late 2021 he has been been working in addiction treatment centres helping those struggling with addiction begin a life of sobriety and recovery. He is currently a team member delivering the Addiction Treatment Programme (ATP) at the Priory Hospital, Woking.

DR KATHRYN MUNROE
Kathryn is a registered Clinical Psychologist working with children and families. She offers Autism assessments as part of a multi-disciplinary team in Guildford. All our assessments adhere to NICE Guidelines. They take place jointly with a Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist and involve discussions with parents, school/college/nursery, as well as a 1:1 assessment with the young person.

VICTORIA BRICE
Victoria graduated with a BSc (hons) in Psychology in 2018 and went on to complete a MSc in Mental Health and Clinical Psychology. Victoria completed her psychological coaching qualification during 2020 and began working with businesses, supporting employee’s mental health in corporate settings. Victoria studied Cognitive Hypnotherapy with the Quest Institute in 2022 and has run a private practice of therapy clients since.

TARYN FORMBY
Being a parent herself, Taryn understands how hard it can be to watch your child struggle. Anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and many more challenges, are becoming common for children. She believes that breaking these negative patterns early on, through the use of NLP strategies, helps them build the confidence they need to thrive.

MARK ROWDEN
Mark is a qualified Integrative Counsellor (BACP registered) who aims to build relationships with clients where they feel valued and have the space to grow and change. He is compassionate and calm and has experience working with adults with various issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, relationship issues and stress. He works primarily with a person-centred approach however as an integrative counsellor, he draws on different theoretical models in order to provide a personalised approach.

We provide a fast assessment process, and diagnosis conducted remotely by videocall. In all cases we offer evidence-based treatments, tailor made to your specific requirements.

Kate Jones Body Psychotherapy offers Intergrative Body Psychotherapy, a relational depth therapy that uses movement, touch, breath work and talking as some of its methods. Kate has been involved with the Health industry for the last 20 years and has worked extensively in the fields of sport, performance, addiction and mental health as a Teacher/Educator, group facilitator and therapist working one on one.

RIK POWELL
Rik is a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor in Transactional Analysis and a registered member of BACP. He has experience working with a variety of clients from different socio-economic backgrounds and presentations and aims to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each client as they explore together what is affecting their present and where it may have started in their past. Rik believes it is important to honour the decisions we made, and continue to make, at all stages of our lives, whilst learning to let them go when they no longer serve us.

ONLINE DBT
DBT is useful for a range of conditions and is the gold standard treatment for BPD/EUPD, as well as self-harm, suicidal thinking, eating difficulties and substance abuse. We offer the full DBT programme online via Zoom, from group skills training, to individual DBT and crisis skills coaching. The full DBT programme can be attended via self referral or psychiatrist referral. The group or individual sessions can also be attended as stand alone programmes.
